Our Penthouse units are totally unique! Situated on the 4th and continuing to the 5th floor, each penthouse unit offers a private spacious rooftop deck with spectacular ocean and/or mountain views, as well as stunning views of the Downtown Jaco area.

Each Penthouse comes fully furnished including linens, cookware, appliances, towels, flat screen TV’s, central air and everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a 500sqft rooftop deck with stunning views, gazebo w/ Jacuzzi, wet bar and sitting area perfect for entertaining family and friends.

All of our Penthouse units have easy access to common areas (2 pools, BB&Q area, front office and security office) and there are two elevators conveniently located within our buildings.
